Here at the edge of the ocean, there is a lighthouse near.
Guiding the way of the weary, safe from the Cape they call Fear.
Time has eroded it's meaning. Changes have closed her tight.
Time to preserve what's worth saving. Time now to bring back the light.

There's a landmark on our shore. We can save her and restore
so the light shines evermore in our lighthouse.
There's a dream of yours and mine. We can live it out in time.
So above us may she shine, it's our lighthouse.

Now is the time to join hands with those who will lead the drive.
Keeping the faith with tradition. Keeping our history alive.
One day we'll look up in wonder out where Oak Island stands.
